UX writing for Deliveroo

Working alongside a product designer and UX researcher, I led the content design and UX writing for the rider app and product marketing new features.

​

Determining format, structure, tone and content, I also worked with local translators ensure any new content was localised for our global teams of riders.

​

I also worked closely with developers in agile scrum to make sure the app content was built as specified.
