CONVERSATIONAL DESIGN FOR INSURANCE

Working on an insurance proof of concept I had to design and prototype a chatbot for a claims process.

This involved working with another content designer to design the conversation flows, work out how to design for edge case responses and variable responses, and build and test the bot.

I've also designed on natural language conversational forms for home insurance journeys.
