CONTENT DESIGN FOR MORE TH>N

During my time at RSA Insurance as well as a building a team and working on brands such as M&S and John Lewis, I led content design for pet insurance, and the MORE TH>N site. I took on a major site redesign process alongside a UX designer and together we overhauled the IA, page layouts, and product navigation.

 

I was also responsible for creation and optimisation of various insurance journeys.
