I was responsible for launching Flora Cuisine into the UK market. This meant helping develop the product concept and conducting simulated market testing, and working with packaging designers to design the bottle wording. 

I then worked with creative agencies to define the brand positioning and product proposition, planned the above and below the line campaigns, and ran the local launch events.

According to Europanel, Flora Cuisine was “by far the best NPD in the last 4 years in total butters, margarines and oils”. With £5.4M sales in year one, it generated twice the value of its nearest rival and achieved 17.9% household penetration.
